Refund policy

1. Returns Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase from Zedcoo Hallowen. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery
  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
  • All original packaging, accessories, and tags are included
  • The item has not been disassembled, modified, or altered in any way
  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is provided

2. Special Product Information

Some products in our store are Halloween-themed decorations and electronic items (e.g., skeleton props with lighting and sound functions). Please note the following:

  • Items that have been used or had electronic functions activated for an extended period may not be eligible for return due to reduced resale value
  • Returns based on personal preference (e.g., “I don’t like it” or “it doesn’t meet my expectations”) are not considered product defects
  • Promotional or discounted items marked as “sale” or “special offer” may not be eligible for return unless otherwise stated on the product page

3. Non-Returnable Items

We may not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Items that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery
  • Damage caused by customer misuse or improper handling
  • Return requests submitted after the allowed return period
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Items missing original packaging, accessories, or tags that affect resale value

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we are here to help. Eligible issues include:

  • Product does not light up or produce sound upon arrival
  • Damage caused during shipping
  • Functional defects not caused by the customer

In such cases, we may offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement of the same product
  • Partial or full refund
  • Reshipment of missing parts or accessories

Clear photos or videos may be required for verification.


5. Refund Processing

Once your return or refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 1–2 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a product defect or our error: return shipping costs will be covered by us
  • If the return is due to personal reasons: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
